Public Relations Consultant

I grew up in a tiny city called Huron, California, and am the youngest of 10 siblings in my family. So I am no stranger to dealing with varying personalities and ages. My family and I made our way up to Chico, CA, where I later graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from California State University, Chico. I had secured my first client while in my senior year of college, which sparked my career as a PR Consultant.

 

Since then, I have expanded my clientele to include: four authors, a painter, a hip-hop artist, a practitioner, and a mortgage company (learn more about how I partnered with them here). Through my consultant work, I caught the attention of and assisted with client work for two PR agencies: Veracity and Charles Communication Group.

Working with my clientele, I've earned coverage from outlets like This Is 50, Publisher's Weekly, Earmilk, Vocal, Hip Hop Since 1987, and Ms. Career Girl. My passion for PR inspires me to continue crafting and implementing my skills in media relations, pitching, website design, SEO, content writing, and more.

Outside of work, you can also find me exercising, playing video games, listening to podcasts, watching sports, hanging with my chihuahua, reading, watching all things nerdy, and caring about social causes. I stay active, research current topics, help others and make the most of my time. I'm interested in learning more about your needs and how I can assist.
